These Terms of Use explain how to use anteaterpest.com and its contact tools. Your written estimate or service agreement explains the pest-control services you purchase. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

1. Using this website

This website is operated by Anteater Pest Control, Inc., based in Duluth, Georgia. By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. To request or purchase services, you must be at least 18 and have authority to arrange service for the property. Provide accurate contact and property information so we can respond to your request.

2. Requesting service

A website form starts a conversation with our team. Submitting it does not, by itself, confirm an appointment, guarantee service availability, or purchase a treatment plan. We must confirm the service area, property needs, scope, price, and scheduling with you. If you do not receive a response or need to change a request, contact our office directly.

3. Service coverage and household callbacks

Your written service agreement identifies the covered pests, treatment scope, visit schedule, exclusions, and any service commitments. Review it before accepting service and ask us about anything that is unclear.

For the standard household pest-control options described on this website:

• The one-year household pest-control plan includes two callback visits during the plan term.

• One-time household pest control does not include callback visits.

• These callback terms do not apply to specialty treatments, including fleas and bedbugs, or to other services. Those services have their own scope and terms.

Contact our office to discuss activity after a visit and whether it is covered by your agreement. Existing signed agreements remain controlling; this website does not change them or create an additional guarantee.

4. Estimates, payments, and changes to service

Prices and service options depend on the property, pest concern, and agreed scope. Ask us to confirm payment timing and any renewal, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms before accepting service. Any applicable written terms in your estimate or signed service agreement govern. This website does not establish a blanket refund policy or add cancellation fees to an existing agreement.

5. Preparing your property

Follow the preparation, access, and reentry instructions given for your service. Tell our team about children, pets, access restrictions, and other relevant concerns before treatment so we can discuss the instructions that apply. Keep people and animals away from treated areas for the period specified in the applicable instructions. A general website statement does not replace product-label directions or instructions for your property.

6. Articles and general information

Our articles and pest information provide general education. An article or photograph cannot establish the conditions at a particular property or replace an inspection. Treatment recommendations depend on the pest, location, products, and circumstances. Website content is not medical or veterinary advice; direct health questions to an appropriate healthcare or veterinary professional.

7. Appropriate use and website content

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading requests, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, or interfere with the website or other users. Only send photographs or other material you are entitled to share. Avoid including unnecessary private information in an inquiry or public comment.

Unless otherwise identified, website text, photographs, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Anteater Pest Control. You may view them and retain information for your own service inquiry. Commercial reproduction or use of our branding requires permission, except where applicable law allows it.

8. Customer accounts and other websites

Some links open a customer portal, payment service, social platform, or another website. Review the terms and privacy notices that apply there. Protect your login details and use the designated payment channel for payment information. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details through an ordinary contact form.

9. Privacy and contact preferences

Our Privacy Policy explains website and customer information, advertising measurement, retention, and privacy requests. Providing contact information for a service inquiry is separate from opting in to the customer-care text program. You can request service by phone, email, or our regular request forms without joining that SMS program.
